For the last three years, I have been working as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach helping clients achieve their personal health goals. Today, I am thrilled to announce that I am expanding my scope of practice and I will be joining the Fawzia Sultan Health Network (FSHN) as their resident Health Coach. FSHN has a long history in Kuwait. It was established in 2006 as a non-profit healthcare institution and has evolved into providing high-quality, integrated care across a number of various clinical specialties. From physiotherapy, to mental health, to a children's evaluation and rehabilitation center, a neuro-rehabilitation and elderly care unit and a research and education department, FSHN provides integrative healthcare solutions.
It is a pleasure to be part of a team geared towards providing holistic health solutions, and together with their support I look forward to reaching more clients who are in need of integrative solutions to their health issues. In the coming weeks, through social media, I will be delving more into the services I offer and sharing more about what one should expect working with a Health Coach. There are different programs that will be offered through FSHN depending on the health goals and objectives of each client. The purpose is to provide highly individualized programs that suit the lifestyle needs of each client. Whether they are looking to lose weight, engage in a complete lifestyle overhaul, or improve their overall health and wellness, they should expect radical changes in health and happiness.
