Seed Crackers

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds 

  • 1 1/2 tbsp zaatar

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups water

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and let them sit for 15 minutes so they can absorb all the water.

  3. After the 15 minutes, mix the ingredients together again, then transfer the mixture to a baking tray and make sure to spread it out thinly.

  4. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour until the crackers become crispy.
