Roasted & Spiced Chickpea & Fava Beans
Servings: 3-4
For the chickpeas:
Ingredients:

2 cups boiled chickpeas

1 tsp curry powder
-
1/2 tsp himalayan salt

1/2 tsp cumin
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp coriander powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:

Mix all the spices together.

Coat the chickpeas with the spices and mix them together using your hands.

Add the olive oil and mix together.

Place the chickpeas in the oven at 250 degrees for twenty minutes or until they are crispy.

Serve warm.
For the Fava Beans:
Follow same preparation steps as chickpeas, but before putting the beans in the oven, add 1 squeezed lemon to the mix.
Tip:
You can save the left over chickpeas and fava beans and use them in your salads.
