Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Servings: 4-5

12 energy bites

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp odorless coconut oil

  • 12 tbsp rice krispies

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the rice krispies.

  2. Slowly add the rice krispies, 4 tablespoons at a time until everything is mixed well together.

  3. Make little balls with your hands. The mixture will be sticky.

  4. Put the energy bites in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours before serving.
