Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are easy to prepare, it only takes minutes. It's ideal if you are looking for a quick breakfast option that can be prepared ahead of time. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 1 flat tsp cinnamon powder

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the oats and milk.

  2. Add the maple syrup, chia seeds and desiccated coconut.

  3. Fill two mason jars with the oat mix and place them in the fridge overnight.

  4. Serve them with your favorite fruits and nuts. I usually go for strawberries, blueberries, bananas and almonds.
