Kentakli Bread

Ingredients:

100 grams Valbreso feta cheese crumbled

1-2 tbsp mild pepper paste

1/2 a small onion finely minced

1/2 cup pitted and minced green olives

1 tsp nigella seeds
-
1 tsp sesame seeds
-
1 tbsp fresh zaatar leaves, or 1/2 tsp dried zaatar

2 whole wheat tortilla wraps
Directions:

Mix the feta cheese with the onions by hand.

Add the pepper paste and mix some more.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

Let the mixture sit for at least an hour before using it.

Cover the tortilla wraps generously with the mixture, spreading it evenly.

Place in the oven on the top shelf and heat for approximately 5-7 minutes.

Move the tortilla wraps to the bottom oven shelf and heat for another 5-7 minutes or until crispy.

Serve immediately.
Note: Do not preheat oven for this recipe, you do not want to run the risk of burning the tortilla bread.
