Guacamole

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 2 large avocados deseeded and mashed with a fork

  • 1 medium tomato minced

  • 1/2 a small onion minced

  • Two coriander stalks minced

  • 1 lemon squeezed

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • A pinch of chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Olive oil

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and top with some olive oil. Serve with plain tortilla bread or chips.
