Choco-Chia Pudding
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:

2 tbsp cocoa powder

15 pressed pitted dates

5 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 1/2 tbsp cashew butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

finely grated zest of 2 medium sized oranges or one large orange

400ml water
Directions:

Place all the ingredients except for the water into a food processor and mix until you get a paste like texture.

Add the water gradually and keep mixing until it is well blended.

Pour into mason jars and close well and keep them in the fridge for an hour at least before serving.
