Beetroot Mtabbal
Ingredients:

6 medium beetroots boiled and thickly grated

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 garlic cloves mashed
-
1/3 cup tahini
-
1/4 cup water
-
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:

Mix lemon juice with tahini and water.

Add the grated beetroots.
-
Add salt and pepper to taste.
-
Add the olive oil.
-
Serve with toasted bread.
