Beetroot Mtabbal

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium beetroots boiled and thickly grated

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves mashed

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
     

Directions:

  1. Mix lemon juice with tahini and water.

  2. Add the grated beetroots.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add the olive oil.

  5. Serve with toasted bread.
